5 Podcasts for Self-Improvement

Hello cheeky goddesses!

In case you haven’t heard….Podcasts are the bee’s knees. I’m a straight up fiend for them. It is the most convenient way to get in an hour of knowledge, learning and personal growth without having to pick up a book. You can listen to them while you drive, cook, clean, take a bath, workout… you get the picture. I’ve learned SO much and have been SO inspired that I feel the need to share with you all.

Maybe you aren’t a huge podcast person but if you don’t have time to read or if you commute to work they will change your life! I’ve also included a couple episode suggestion for each because the last thing I want is a Netflix situation where you can’t decide which one to listen to so you give up and go to bed instead (we’ve all been there). I got your back girl!

  1. Almost 30 Podcast
    You feel like you are chatting with your best friends when you listen to the girls of Almost IMG_653830. Lindsey and Krista are cheeky, hilarious and so relatable. They serve up tons of topics from health, and career success to spirituality and relationships… and so much more. Each topic is delivered in a completely raw and unfiltered way which is just my style.
    Episode: Achieving the Ultimate Mind-Body Wellness with Ayurvedic Practitioner Sahara Rose (September 19, 2017), and How to Expand Your Consciousness and Align Your Chakras with Reiki Healer Millana Snow (March 13, 2018)


  2. Earn Your Happy Podcast
    Hosted by tdownloadhe amazing Lori Harder! She is a total self-love, self-help junkie and listening to her podcast feels like taking advice from your big sister. She recently released a book called “A Tribe Called Bliss” where she chats about the importance of building a tribe of like-minded women (ummm.. sign me up!). Lori provides tools, techniques, and ideas to turn inspiration into action. One of my fav things about this podcast is that there are ‘mini’ episodes that are about 15 minutes in length which is perfect for when you need a boost of inspiration but don’t have a lot of time.

  3. Oprah Super Soul Conversations
    I’m not crying you are!! As always Oprah touches on the real shit, the deep topics that have us all reflecting and aiming a little hiIMG_6541gher. Oprah once again does an amazing job of making you cry and expanding your mind. If you want to be inspired to rise to the occasion of living your best life than this is the podcast for you.

  4. The Skinny Confidential Him & Her Podcast
    Lauren IMG_6540started as a personal blogger and has since dominated the blogging sphere. She began this podcast with her husband Michael and together they bring a fresh twist to wellness with their witty banter and daring topics. They chat all things health, building a business, sex, skin care, life hacks and much more. I seriously laugh out loud when I listen to them and I’m always reaching for a pen and paper to take notes.

  5. The Mind Body Green Podcast
    Finding this podcast was like finding the pot of gold at the end of a rainbow. They focus on physical, spiritual, mental, and environmental well-being. Each IMG_6539episode includes an interview with amazing thought leaders, authors, and entrepreneurs whose words will truly blow your mind. Beware, only listen if you are ready to transform your life.
